8. Governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
